I have this unit for a year and my biggest gripe about that too easily blocked. I have a long tube with a black mesh that is inserted into a tank of 32 liters. My problem with this one blows too easily, even if they bind so tightly as you can get. Overall it is a good unit, and does a good job on dry leaves … However, when the leaves are a bit 'wet, closes the recording unit. I'm constantly having to stop, clean it, then start over.
I had other B & D equipment and a lot of success … so I bought this unit.

I had this book 4 stars because what it does, it does. But on my unit, the higher speed only works with the bag. I called Black & Decker to see if I was doing was wrong, but no. It seems it was just poor! It was also a type 2 (of 4 types of fact, he told me), so that is the last image of the spinal cord is completely different than the unit I received. It seems that the image is either a type 3 or 4 Type a remembered (I found) and 2 are different. It was not a small cableComing Out to connect to my extension. Instead, there was only one round with two points projecting into the pocket on the back of the unit.
Amazon is now completely out of the factory reconditioned models, but was kind of my unit with a brand new, free of charge and replaced with a day free shipping! Thanks, Amazon! The fact that one step further for a million reasons why I actually sold, rather than with products from another Amazon seller, although it isIt 's a bit more expensive.

Received today. Out of the box; fueled and started effortlessly. Five minutes to unpack, read instructions mix fuel. Used only once, but cleared the garage of dust and leaves quickly, sidewalk no problem. Haven’t used the vacuum which isn’t a feature I plan on using so can’t offer any feedback.

I replaced my fan 10 years, Taurus / vacuum recently with this super model. The old fan still works, except the blocks of plastic tubes on either the fan nozzle and the vacuum bag attachment collar of his tired and broke through experience. Can not complain about life, so I stuck with Taurus if I bought a new car. After several uses, run the new unit model fan and two great ways empty. And 'lighter than my old and to maneuver a bit' easierfor this. I hope it lasts until the old was. Good product.

I’ve always HATED stopping to switch out the tubes for mulching leaves or blowing leaves. Now I no longer have to. I’ve read all the reviews about burnt out motors etc in this product and for me, that’s just not the case. I make regular use of the “Mulchinator” (funny name) around the lawn and garden of my home twice a week or so till the leaves stop falling and I’ve experienced ZERO problems.
