Troy-Bilt TB4BP 32cc 4-Cycle Gas Powered 150 MPH Backpack Blower Review

It seems clear that a 32cc, 150 MPH Blower is a small unit. I saw some advertising texts, but believed otherwise. I would just set the record straight on this point.

He picked up a big box store for $ 219.00 – a respectable agreement. Next on my list of short duration (Husqvarna) which set me back another $ 100. Although the Husky a 51cc engine and a higher air velocity and the volume was, I decided that simply do not need extra power – at least not oftensufficient to justify the cost and the extra weight.

I have a little less than one hectare of land have, with lots of deciduous trees. Normally there is no problem to keep the leaves mulched down, but this year was different. All our trees lost their leaves over a period of two weeks – while it was raining every other day. What a mess! Needless to say, that could not mower with this work.

I bought this little fan to break the sack, wet leaves, so I could finish with the mower. Itlasted several hours, but the Troy Bilt, has a bang-up job. I would be faster with a wheel-blower ready, but then it would be sitting in my garage for who knows how long. I think struck a good compromise.

Mounting was a breeze. I can not imagine that there would be someone more than half an hour to assemble. Set in pre-measured oil (touch), fill the tank and disconnect the power cord.

Mine has started to pull the second, and 'went smoothly, without smoke and odor. It 'a little'stronger than a small motor, but is not so bad. Tolerance to noise is subjective anyway – the situation could be different. Use after 15 minutes, more or less accustomed to the noise level. More than 15 minutes and I would recommend, sleeves, though.

Had the pleasure to discover how the device was easy. I can not wait more than 175 kg, but my back has seen better days. The device is easy to collect and spin on your shoulder. My wife could easily 115 pounds with this fan. The suspension is moreprimitive, but actually a great job distributing the weight of the machine. To use no problems with my back, after several hours. Vibration is not a problem, probably due to the 4 stroke engine. Good to know, if you want to use again and again.

Ah, but can not overlook the unique feature that really sold me – the 4-stroke engine. After use, is easily overlooked, I can not (no other deficiencies of the machine) in a long list. No pre-mixing and low vibration are the two biggies.Although it is an overhead valve engine, the noise is negligible from the internals. It seems well built, and suggests that the reliability. Time will show, but my first impression leads me to believe that I should use this for a long time.

Only notable is the same, others have expressed. The engine seems to be cut for the low noise power is not the best. I believe that the engine is very little more to offer than the factory-tuning now proposes. That extra push when you mashThe gas is always at hand during the process of hard.

All in all, I would recommend this device in any market – until you understand its limitations. This is a model warrior weekend – but is this task very well. A $ 219 or less, you will not find that close to another model.

The oil is not with the gas makes this a winner. If Geat blows a job. GO SAINTS !!!!!!

Good unit, a little underpowered – James Hansen – Charlottesville, VA
This is a good entry-level backpack leaf blower. For $ 220 is cheaper than the $ 400 – $ 500 commercial units. Fan itself seems to be really well built. I have a Troy-Bilt 4-Cycle Weed Wacker, and love it. I grabbed the device is rotated along the pipe, and began to pull the first. The tubes are a bit 'hard to twist together, but if you have a difficult time, with less than two specific sections, change the order that you install. This seemed to help,me.

The operation of the fan works well. I have quite long arms, so that the positioning of the trigger is perfect for me, but if very short, you can find the trigger is a bit 'farther than your favorite … but I think this is the case of a fan.

I agree with another reviewer about the governor … I am a little 'underwhelmed by the power, and because the governor is set pretty low. I know that these engines have a peak speed, but I feel thatThe governor can be easily adapted for operation speed of at least 50% higher, and would produce more air. I wonder if this government were somehow adjustable. I think you have disassembled the carb and fight with government sources. If anyone knows how to do it, write! Thanks

Nice blower – M. Tolonen – Michigan
Very nice 4-stroke blower. A great start, shot up to first pull out of the box. Mounting was easy. I slow down a bit 'of inactivity (personal preference, it is not necessary). Very comfortable and a good price. I would recommend it
